At 60 Berkeley Street, the East Providence Elks Lodge #2337 has been a gathering place where real connections are made. Members describe walking in for the first time and feeling immediately at home, welcomed by people who actually mean it. That warmth is not accidental. It is built into everything the Lodge does, from its charitable work across Rhode Island to the way staff answer the phone when a grieving family calls out of the blue needing help.

The Lodge's banquet and event facilities have become a go-to for the East Providence community when the moments that matter most arrive. Celebrations of life, family reunions, and milestone gatherings have all found a dignified, comfortable home here. Reviewers consistently note how staff go above and beyond, especially during difficult times, responding with patience and genuine compassion rather than a script.

Elks Lodge #2337 is part of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, a national fraternal organization with deep roots in veterans' support, youth programs, and local giving. Membership opens the door to that mission and to a community of neighbors who show up for each other.

What We Offer

The Lodge offers flexible event space rental for private gatherings of all kinds. Whether you need a dignified setting for a memorial service, a comfortable hall for a family celebration, or a venue for a community meeting, the facility at 60 Berkeley Street can accommodate your needs. The Lodge actively supports veterans, local scholarship recipients, and youth programs throughout the East Providence area, so every membership dollar circles back to the community.

"I contacted this business to ask if it was available last minute. A family member had passed away unexpectedly and we were all looking for a location quickly. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional in her response that it wasn’t available. I completely understand that we were calling very close to the requested date, however, her response of “absolutely not, are you kidding me?” Was completely unnecessary. I wish I could give zero stars."

"I am an Elk and stopped by to visit this lodge while in the area. It was nearly empty and not super friendly. Maybe I came on an off night but was not invited to return. Maybe my expectations were too high or I'm just used to California lodges being super friendly? I think I'll have to try another time I'm in town to be sure."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
